Alex Hormozi on Decision Making

Alex Hormozi on

Decision Making

In this video, Hormozi shares the three questions he uses before approving any action or making any bet in his business. First: “What problem are you trying to solve?” — because most people take action on things they know how to do rather than things that actually need doing. Second: “What would it take?” — because asking “can we?” invites a no, while asking what it would take invites a solution. Third: “What do you want to have happen?” — because it cuts through the emotional reasoning and gets to the actual desired outcome. He follows up any answer with three more: what does that mean, how do you know, and so what.

Daily Habits That

Separate High Performers

In this video, Martell breaks down the five habits he’s observed across high performers — people who sustain excellence over time, not just peak once. The five: they seek clarity on who they want to be and what matters before the day starts, they generate energy deliberately instead of waiting to feel motivated, they raise the necessity to perform by connecting to purpose and other people, they increase productivity by focusing only on what moves the needle, and they demonstrate courage by doing the hard thing even when afraid.
