John Maxwell on Why
Trust Is the Foundation
of Leadership
In this episode of his 21 Irrefutable Laws series, Maxwell breaks down the Law of Solid Ground: the idea that leadership is built on trust. The idea is that it requires both consistent competence and consistent character… you can’t substitute one for the other.
Meta Adds AI Disclosure Tags to Ads
Meta Adds AI Disclosure
Tags to Ads
Meta is now labeling Facebook and Instagram ads that contain AI-generated content (whether created using Meta’s own tools or third-party tools). The label shows up in the “About this ad” section when users tap the three-dot menu on a promoted post. Check your current ad creative workflow and identify which assets were generated or significantly edited with AI tools. You don’t need to change anything, but knowing which of your ads will carry the label means you can monitor whether labeled ads perform differently than non-labeled ones.
