Your business runs in a tenant-scoped Telos workspace. Signed-in users must be members of that workspace, and roles limit what they can do. Authorized Measurable Genius personnel and service accounts may access systems when needed to operate, secure, or support the service.
Connections to our public applications use HTTPS. Telos sends AI requests through the Measurable Genius gateway, so provider credentials are not stored in your workspace.
We do not sell customer content, use identifiable business content for advertising, or train a shared Measurable Genius model on it. See our Trust, Security & AI page for the current controls, providers, and limits of these claims.
You can generate a ZIP export of core workspace records in Markdown and JSON while you have access. The current export does not include binary attachments, search embeddings, edit history, or the live body of collaborative documents.
We plan offboarding with you. We do not yet publish a universal post-contract retention or deletion deadline, so ask us to record any specific exit requirement in your agreement.
