Not another tool beside the five you already have.
Clients, pipeline, projects, delivery, invoicing, programs, and the knowledge that holds it together — one connected system, built by Measurable Genius and set up for your business.
The deal closes in one tool. The onboarding happens in another. Nothing carries across, so somebody re-keys it — or nobody does, and the client feels the gap.
Hours get tracked in one place, invoiced from another, reconciled in a third. By the time the numbers agree, the month is over.
Your process, your offers, your plan — written down, then stranded in a folder nobody opens because it isn't attached to the work it describes.
Every tool you own is fine on its own. The cost is the seams between them — and you are the only integration they have.
This is what's live today, in the product's own words — not a roadmap. Everything below shares one set of records, so the same client appears in the pipeline, the project, the invoice, and the coaching program as one thing.
Every relationship and every open opportunity, with the history attached.
What your team is doing, what's next, and where it stands.
Getting paid, without a second system and a spreadsheet in between.
For businesses that deliver programs, the delivery itself is first-class.
The plan and the operating knowledge, wired to the work they govern.
The unglamorous parts that decide whether a system gets used.
Sapience is built into Telos and can see your workspace — your pipeline, your projects, your clients, your plan. Ask it what to do today and it answers from your actual business, not from the internet.
What makes it different from a chatbot bolted onto a CRM is its operating context. Sapience works with the priorities, records, and methods inside your workspace, so its answers connect to the business your team is actually running.
It works from the records available in your tenant. When you use AI, the context required for that request is sent through the Measurable Genius gateway to the model provider selected for the request.
What needs my attention before Friday?
SapienceTwo things: the Northgate proposal expires Friday, and three invoices are past terms. Everything else has an owner and a date.
Any of these areas exists as a good standalone product somewhere. You can buy all six and still not have what Telos gives you.
What needs my attention before Friday?
SapienceTwo things: the Northgate proposal expires Friday, and three invoices are past terms. Everything else has an owner and a date.
A contact belongs to a company, which has deals, which became projects, which have tickets and time and invoices — and meetings and notes hang off all of it. Open any one of them and you can walk to the rest.
Nothing has to be synced, matched, or reconciled between tools, because there is only one tool. The reason your numbers disagree today is that you have five sources of truth.
Same system, same records, same history. Nobody has to ask you where something lives, which is the whole point of getting the business out of your head.
Every business gets a tenant-scoped workspace. Signed-in users must belong to that workspace, and roles limit the actions available to them. Authorized Measurable Genius personnel and service accounts may access systems when needed to operate, secure, or support the service.
Telos signs in through Measurable Genius Identity, the same account used across our products. Membership can be removed in one place when someone leaves your team.
Telos is built on the same architecture as the system Measurable Genius runs itself on. Nothing reaches you that we haven't already put weight on.
Your data is yours. We run the software; you run the business.
“I've got, like, over $300,000 of opportunities now, and I haven't even finished going through my last notebook.”
“I feel like I'm 10 times the business owner I was before. It's almost like being unable to read, and now you can read. What used to take me 50-60 hours, I can now accomplish in a single weekend.”
“I used to operate in a constant state of uncertainty, but now I work from a place of clarity and command, making intentional decisions that align with my authentic desires and abilities. I've gained real direction in my business.”
We don't hand over a login and wish you luck. Accelerator OS pairs the software with weekly working calls across sales, marketing, operations, and more, plus practical training and direct support so your team learns to run the business inside one system.
The exact mix of calls and support evolves with the needs of the business. We reserve the flexibility to change the delivery format while staying accountable to implementation and adoption.
No. Telos comes with The Accelerator OS. That isn't a packaging trick — software that nobody sets up around how your business actually works becomes another folder to fill. Implementation and ongoing operational support are what make the software stick, so we don't sell them apart.
For most of the businesses we work with: their CRM, their project tool, their time tracker, their support inbox, their invoicing, and the pile of documents holding the process. You keep your email, your calendar, your accounting ledger, and your phone system — Telos connects to those rather than replacing them.
Your business content remains yours. Telos keeps customer workspaces tenant-scoped, and signed-in users must have membership in the workspace they access. Measurable Genius processes the content to provide, secure, and support the service.
Measurable Genius does not train a shared model on client content. Sapience uses information from your workspace to answer your request, and the required context is processed by the selected AI provider under that provider's API or business terms.
No. We plan the move with you, configure the workspace, and handle the agreed imports. Your team provides access to source information and validates the result. What we migrate — and what should stay connected or remain where it is — is agreed before the work begins.
We size access around the team involved in the implementation. The discovery call is where we confirm who needs a workspace and what each person needs to do inside it.
The fastest way to understand Telos is to watch someone open it and walk through a business like yours. That's what the call is — a demo and a straight conversation about whether this fits.
Come look at it.
