Know where your data goes — and what we have yet to prove.
Accelerator OS handles real operating information. This page describes the controls that exist today, where third parties participate, and the work still underway. It is a current-state disclosure, not a security certification.

What is true today
These statements are deliberately narrower than our intended security posture. Each one is supported by the software or operating practice in use today.
Tenant-scoped workspaces
Each company works in a tenant-scoped Telos workspace. Signed-in users must be members of that workspace, and roles limit the actions available to them.
Centralized identity
Telos uses Measurable Genius Identity for sign-in. Workspace membership can be removed when a person no longer needs access.
HTTPS for public connections
Connections to our public applications and APIs use HTTPS. We do not yet make a blanket public claim about encryption at rest across every system and backup.
Brokered AI access
Telos sends model requests through the Measurable Genius gateway. AI-provider credentials are held by the gateway rather than stored in client workspaces.
Human and service access is acknowledged
Ordinary users can access only workspaces where they have membership. Authorized Measurable Genius personnel and service accounts may access systems when necessary to operate, secure, or support the service.
No sale or advertising use
We use customer content to provide, support, and secure the service. We do not sell that content, use identifiable business content for advertising, or train a shared Measurable Genius model on it.
AI choice without dependence on one provider
Sapience supports models from the provider families below. DeepSeek is the default today, and users can select from the supported catalog. The catalog changes as models are tested and availability changes.
Only the provider selected for a request receives the context required to answer it. That provider processes the request under its API or business terms, which can differ by provider. Provider choice reduces platform dependence; it does not mean every provider processes every request.
Your data and your exit
Your business content remains yours. Measurable Genius processes it to provide, secure, and support Accelerator OS.
While you have workspace access, Telos can generate a ZIP export of core records in Markdown and JSON, including knowledge, planning, execution, CRM, calendar, and conversation records.
The current export does not include binary attachments, search embeddings, edit history, or the live body of collaborative documents. We plan offboarding with each customer and do not yet publish a universal post-contract retention or deletion deadline. If your business needs a specific exit term, ask us to record it in your agreement.
What we do not claim today
We will publish stronger language only after the control is implemented, documented, and verified.
- SOC 2, ISO 27001, or another third-party security certification
- Blanket encryption at rest across every database, file store, log, and backup
- A universal breach-notification deadline
- A universal post-contract export, retention, or deletion window
- Zero administrative or service-account access to customer systems
- One uniform retention or model-training policy across every AI provider
Bring us the hard questions.
If you are evaluating Accelerator OS, we will answer security, privacy, data-flow, AI-provider, and offboarding questions directly. Where a control is not yet formalized, we will say so.
