Talk to us today

Your business keeps running while we build the system underneath it.

Accelerator OS is implemented with your team, around live work. We start with a critical workflow, move the agreed information it needs, and expand only after it works in practice.

No big-bang migration. No empty software handoff.

Implementation is a controlled sequence: understand the work, configure the system, use it live, and strengthen what works.

The exact order depends on your tools, data, team, and busy seasons. Before work begins, we agree on the first workflow, the access and decisions we need, what will move, and what will stay where it is.

The first useful result is not “everything migrated.” It is one important flow with shared context, visible ownership, and a clear next action.

The first 90 days

Three phases establish the foundation. They are a sequence, not three isolated deliverables.

01Days 1–30

Map the work and establish the foundation

We learn how work moves today and shape the first operating surface around a real priority.

  • Choose the first workflow where owner dependence matters
  • Map the people, tools, data, and current source of truth
  • Configure the initial Telos workspace
  • Agree on migration scope and how we will recognize useful progress
02Days 31–60

Put real work through the system

Your team begins using the configured workflow while we implement, observe, and adjust.

  • Bring in the agreed priority information and supported connections
  • Run current work instead of rehearsing in an empty sandbox
  • Make ownership, context, and next actions visible
  • Help each person use the system in the work they already do
03Days 61–90

Make the new way dependable

We resolve friction, reinforce the operating rhythm, and expand only where the foundation is holding.

  • Refine the workflow around what the team actually does
  • Automate repeatable handoffs where it is appropriate
  • Expand into the next connected area of work
  • Review adoption, visibility, and remaining bottlenecks

After day 90Improve what matters nextOnce the first operating rhythm is dependable, we keep improving the areas that matter most across sales, marketing, operations, and more. The mix of working sessions, implementation, and support changes as your priorities change. Accelerator OS is not defined by a fixed number or permanent format of calls.

We do the implementation. You supply the decisions and context.

The work is shared, but the roles are clear. Measurable Genius owns the configuration and agreed implementation work. You keep authority over priorities, data, and your team.

Measurable Genius

Build and guide the system

We turn the agreed operating design into something your team can use.

  • Map the workflow and tool decisions
  • Configure Telos and supported connections
  • Plan and carry out agreed imports
  • Guide adoption and refine the system
The owner

Set direction and make decisions

You define the outcome and give the work the authority it needs.

  • Name the business priority
  • Provide access and timely scope decisions
  • Sponsor the change with the team
  • Confirm data and permission requirements
Your team

Use it in real work

The people closest to the work help us make the system accurate and usable.

  • Show us how the work actually happens
  • Validate imported context
  • Use the workflow while it is being refined
  • Surface friction and missing information

Your team is not responsible for configuring the system. Their time is concentrated in giving access, making scope decisions, showing us how work moves, and validating it in use. We do not publish a universal hours estimate: a three-person firm with orderly data is different from a twenty-person firm with twenty tools. Before implementation starts, we make the required participants and working cadence explicit. Owner involvement is normally heaviest at the beginning and shifts toward review as the team takes ownership.

Replace, connect, or leave alone — tool by tool.

We do not assume every tool should disappear, and we do not begin by moving every record you have ever created.

Inventory

Identify what each tool does, what information it holds, and who depends on it.

Choose the source of truth

Resolve duplicate or conflicting information before treating it as operating context.

Decide

Agree whether Telos replaces the tool, connects to it, or leaves it in place.

Move in priority order

Import the agreed information needed for the first workflows before expanding the scope.

Validate

Have the people who use the information confirm that it is accurate and useful.

We do not promise that every system can be imported automatically or that all history belongs in Telos. Unsupported formats, poor source data, regulated information, and custom migration needs are identified before they become a commitment.

Adoption is part of the build.

Software does not create capacity when the team works around it. That is why implementation happens inside live work, with the people who will use the system.

We start narrow enough to learn, adjust the system around real behavior, and expand after the first workflow is useful. Training, implementation, and operating support are parts of one process rather than separate handoffs.

Start with real work

The team learns through an active workflow, not a generic tour.

Support people where they act

Questions are resolved in the context of the work they are trying to move.

Adjust before expanding

Friction is information. We use it to improve the workflow before adding more surface area.

Keep a regular operating rhythm

Ongoing support follows the priorities across sales, marketing, operations, and more.

Before the initial term ends, we make the next decision explicit.

We review what your team is using, what has become dependable, and what software access and support you need next. Continued service and access are governed by the agreement you make with Measurable Genius.

Your business content remains yours. Telos can currently export core records in Markdown and JSON, with limitations described on our Trust page. We do not publish a universal post-contract retention or deletion window. If your business needs a specific exit term, it should be recorded in your agreement.

Questions about implementation

How long does implementation take?

The first 90 days establish the foundation: we map the work, configure the initial workspace, put a real workflow into use, and strengthen it with your team. Accelerator OS continues beyond that foundation with ongoing implementation and operational support.

How much time will my team need?

Your team is not responsible for configuring the system. Their time goes into access, decisions, showing us how work moves, and validating the result in live use. The amount depends on team size, tool complexity, data condition, and the workflows in scope, so we make the required participants and working cadence explicit before implementation starts. Owner involvement is normally heaviest early and shifts toward review as the team takes ownership.

Do we have to replace every tool?

No. We assess each tool and decide whether Telos should replace it, connect to it, or leave it in place. The decision is based on what the tool does, where the reliable information lives, and how your team actually works.

Will Measurable Genius move our data?

We plan and carry out the agreed imports. Your team provides access to the source information and validates the result. We agree on what should move, what should remain connected, and what should stay where it is before the work begins; we do not promise an automatic import of every system or every historical record.

What if our team does not use the new system?

Adoption is part of implementation. We introduce the system through real work, support people in context, observe the friction, and adjust before expanding. No software can remove the need for leadership, but the program is designed to avoid the usual configure-train-leave handoff.

What happens after the initial term?

Before the term ends, we review what your team uses and agree on the software access and support needed next. Your agreement governs continuation. Your business content remains yours, and the current export scope and offboarding limitations are stated on our Trust page.
