Information you choose to share
When you subscribe, request support, book a call, create an account, or begin checkout, we receive the details needed to respond and provide that service. This may include your name, contact details, company information, and the content of your request.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and security systems process technical details such as your IP address, browser, device, pages visited, and timestamps. If you allow optional measurement, PostHog and Google Analytics help us understand site use and conversion journeys. If you allow advertising measurement, Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API help us understand campaign performance.
Your measurement choices
Optional analytics and advertising technologies are off until you make a choice. You can accept them, reject them, choose the categories separately, and change your selection later using Privacy choices in the site footer. Your selection is stored for one year; first-touch campaign information is stored for up to 90 days when measurement is allowed.
How information is used
We use information to provide what you request, operate and secure the site, communicate with you, understand which pages and campaigns are useful, improve our products, and meet legal obligations. Purchase and trial conversion events may be sent from our server to the providers you allowed so browser restrictions do not create misleading results.
Our measurement providers
PostHog is our primary product and website analytics provider. Google Analytics supports acquisition and search measurement. Meta supports advertising measurement. Provider access is configured centrally in our internal operating system, and private API credentials are not sent to your browser.
