Announcement
Bookings is now part of Telos: booking links, team scheduling and your own domain, connected to your meetings and contacts, with no per-seat fee.
Count the tools it takes for one client to book one call with you.
A scheduling app to share your availability. A video service for the call itself. A notetaker to record it. A CRM to remember who the person is. Maybe an automation tool to stitch them together. Each one bills you per seat, every month, and each one holds a slice of the same conversation.
The scheduling app knows who's coming. The CRM knows who they are. The notetaker knows what was said. None of them knows what the others know unless you pay someone to wire them together, and the wiring breaks quietly the first time one of them changes.
That's the problem Telos exists to solve, and today we're folding in one more piece of it. Bookings is now live in every Telos workspace.
Telos isn't a bundle of apps. It's one system built on one model of your business: your people, your contacts, your companies, your meetings and the conversations that run through them. Every feature we add plugs into that same model, so it knows what everything else knows from the moment it arrives.
Bookings is the newest part of it. When someone books time with you, the call appears in Communication → Meetings straight away, ready before anyone joins. If the guest is already one of your contacts, the booking links to their record. If your workspace uses the meeting notetaker, the transcript and summary land on that same meeting after the call. Reschedule, and the meeting moves. Cancel, and it's cancelled. Sapience, your Telos assistant, can see your event types and bookings alongside everything else it knows about your business.
Nothing to connect. No export to run. No automation to babysit. It's one record of one relationship, from the first booking to the follow-up.
This isn't a stripped-down scheduler. It's the full job:
book.yourcompany.com. Telos handles the security certificate. Here's what the same capability costs elsewhere. Calendly is genuinely good software, and we used it ourselves until September. Its free plan gives you one event type and one calendar. Unlimited event types start at $10 USD per seat per month. Round-robin team scheduling needs the Teams plan at $16 USD per seat per month, and its notetaker is an add-on on top of either.[1]
A team of five on Calendly's Teams plan pays $960 USD a year before the notetaker, and every new hire adds to it.
In Telos, Bookings is simply part of your workspace. There's no booking seat to buy, no plan to upgrade to unlock team scheduling, and no cap on event types. We don't believe in charging you again for features that should work together in the first place. As with everything else in Telos, the AI features you use — like the notetaker and Sapience — draw on your workspace credits.
In September we replaced Calendly across Measurable Genius with this same system. Since then it has taken more than seventy bookings from clients and prospects.[2] What you're getting is the software we run our own business on, not a beta.
One limit to know today: Telos creates a Zoom meeting for each Zoom booking, but rescheduling keeps the same Zoom link, and cancelling leaves the meeting in the host's Zoom account for you to delete. Teams and Google Meet bookings move and cancel completely.
Every system we fold into Telos is one less subscription, one less login and one less gap where your client's history gets lost. Bookings is the latest. It won't be the last.
